Workshop includes:
- Deconstructing parts of the Method from the basic through the advanced (ie., Roll-up, Rowing Series, Swan Dive)
- How to teach a difficult exercise (please have one in mind you’d like help with)
Open to Classical and Contemporary teachers and advanced students. This workshop is intended to empower you with confidence and you’ll leave excited to share what you’ve learned, because learning together is what we do!
