Silver Plan
- Individualized meal plan created according to your
objective, routine and preferences. - Online meeting every 15 days (4 in a total of 2 months), for questions, changes to the meal plan (if necessary), new
recipes. Establishment of biweekly goals; - More than one eating plan can be drawn up considering days with and without physical exercise.
- Nutritional guidelines for the weekend (eating behavior) Full-time WhatsApp contact for questions.

Gold Plan
- Al the Silver Plan, but:
- Online meeting every 7 days (8 in a total of 2 months), for
questions, changes to the meal plan (if necessary), new recipes.
Meal plan for the weekend (calculated diet including
higher-calorie foods, such as pizza, alcoholic drinks,
hamburgers, etc.). - 1 extra consultation to establish a maintenance meal plan.

Separate Consultation:
- Individualized meal plan created according to your
objective, routine and preferences. - More than one eating plan can be drawn up considering days with and without physical exercise.
- 1 return appointment in 60 days;

How it works?
After scheduling your appointment, you will have a consultation with me, lasting approximately 1 hour, online.
In this consultation we will talk about your goals, outline the best strategy, create your eating plan, and assess the need for supplements.
Let’s talk about behaviors and changing them in the best
way possible in your day-to-day life.
In addition to the meal plan, Iwill give you educational materials to learning about food, dietary balance, how to eat outside the home, etc.
We can make just one or two consultations or draw up a nutritional monitoring program.
Who is your nutritional coach?

Cássia Nascimento is a Clinical Sports Dietitian Registered in Brazil, with 15 years of experience in individual and group care. The objective of her work is to establish a dietary plan according to the client’s goals, their food preferences, their training routine, always teaching about good food choices for good health and prevention of chronic diseases.
